Well, kind of. I was talking to Phil from The Rut the other day about how people don’t comment so much these days, just hit the like button (or not, as it may be). I guess it just depends where you look though, because I just saw this old cartoon on George Takei’s Facebook with 2,527 comments and 21,818 likes… the bummer was that there was no credit. Think I’ll just send all my cartoons to George from now on.

Here’s a little exercise in restoration, partly because I am a Star Wars nerd, and partly because I always wanted to redo this cartoon in colour…
The internet’s a big place, and sometimes similar ideas are going to originate independently of each other. Which is why I’m writing this post. I recently did this Star Wars t-shirt, and it was brought to my attention that a similar t shirt exists elsewhere. I’ve spoken to the owner, who’s turned out to be a very nice understanding guy, and he accepts that it’s a coincidence. Anyway, I wouldn’t feel right if I didn’t acknowledge the other shirt, so you can check it out here at Go Ape. They have some nice stuff over there so check it out.
